RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
Costume Gallery is happy to accept returns or cancellations and will apply a credit to your account.
We ask that your requests for exchanges and returns be within 30 days of shipment. Our Customer
Service team will process requests made through either phone or email and send a confirmation email.

Return + Exchange Policy
- A $10 restocking fee will be accrued for each returned item
- Returns are accepted for account credit
- Exchanges are accepted for size changes
- Exchanges will ship once the returned items have been received
- Returns and exchanges must be in original package, unworn, with all included original accessories
- Shipping charges are the responsibility of the client
- If returned or exchanged items drop the order total below the discount percentage, the order will
be
recalculated and additional charges may accrue
- Request a return authorization number (RA#); the RA# is valid for 15 days
- All returns and exchanges received without valid RA# will be denied
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:
- Clearance items
- Custom costumes
- Special order costumes/sizes
- Leotards, tights, jewelry, wigs, and accessories sold separately
- Altered costumes or product
- Any return of exchange requests placed after June 7th.

LIABILITY:
Costume Gallery Holdings, LLC, will not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including delayed
shipping, lost or damaged packages in transit. A costume specialist will assist you to place a claim
with
the carrier. Prices are subject to change without notice. Costume Gallery Holdings, LLC, is not
responsible for any errors or omissions made during the catalog printing process. Deposits placed
with
orders will be considered abandoned if not paid in full by March 31st and will revert to Costume
Gallery Holdings, LLC. Deposits are non-refundable. We do not accept orders from parents or
students.
